• On average, with an AST contract, Estate Agents will charge 10% of the monthly rent to manage your property. We believe in getting you the highest rental yield whilst being completely hands-off. Therefore with us, there is no management fee.

• Deep clean before & after every guest.

• We invest our money in your property.
